If we cannot resolve it, consumers in Norway may bring the matter to Forbrukerrådet (forbrukerradet.no), which mediates consumer disputes and may refer the case to Forbrukerklageutvalget.

We sell only to customers in Norway and the United States. US customers are covered by the same complaint route, and by Norwegian consumer law as a minimum standard, as set out in our Pre-Order Terms of Sale.
