This policy explains how to cancel a pre-order, how to withdraw from a purchase after delivery, and how to report a fault.

Dtablet AS applies Norwegian consumer law as a minimum standard in all markets. Where your local law gives you more protection, that law applies instead.

1. Cancelling a pre-order before delivery

You may cancel at any time before your order is delivered, for any reason, and receive a full refund.

• No fee, no deduction, no explanation required.

• Email hello@dtablet.com from the address used to place the order, or use the form in section 5.

• We refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation.

This is more generous than the law requires and applies to every customer in every market.

2. Right of withdrawal after delivery

Norway

Under angrerettloven you have 14 days from the day you receive the product to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason.

To withdraw, tell us clearly before the 14 days expire. You may use the form in section 5 or the standard Norwegian withdrawal form (angreskjema), or simply email us.

After withdrawing:

• Return the product within 14 days of notifying us.

• We refund the full purchase price, including standard outbound shipping, within 14 days of receiving your notice. We may withhold the refund until the product is returned or you show proof of return.

• You are liable for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and function of the product.

United States

There is no statutory right of withdrawal in the United States. We extend the same 14-day right voluntarily, on the same conditions as above, so that all our customers are treated equally.

Please note that returning a product from the United States to Norway is expensive and may cost a significant share of the purchase price. Cancelling before delivery under section 1 costs you nothing, so if you are unsure about your order, it is much cheaper to cancel before it ships than to return it afterwards.

3. Faulty products

Dtablet AS gives no separate commercial guarantee beyond what follows from forbrukerkjøpsloven, unless expressly stated for a particular purchase.

Under forbrukerkjøpsloven you have a right to complain about a defect (reklamasjonsrett) for five years from delivery, because the product is intended to last significantly longer than two years. You must complain within a reasonable time after discovering the defect.

Where a defect is covered, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or cancellation of the purchase, in accordance with the law. We pay return shipping on a valid complaint.

We apply this standard to customers in all markets, including the United States. Mandatory consumer protection law in your own state or country applies in addition.

Normal wear, damage from misuse, accident or unauthorised modification, and consumable parts are not defects.

4. Refunds

• Refunds go to the original payment method.

• Orders paid through Truemed are refunded to the originating health account, not to a card or bank account. This is required for the tax treatment of your purchase.

• We do not charge restocking fees.

• Your bank or plan administrator may take additional time to post the refund.
